Leading Edge is intended to support the leadership growth of your organisation. At present it comprises two short evaluation tools; The Leadership Evaluation tool and the SME Development Potential tool.

If you have been provided with a user name and password you can simply log in and procede to the appropriate evaluation questionaire if you wish.  However, it is advised that you spend a few minutes reading about Leading Edge and the Assessment Process first. To do this simply click the appropriate heading listed left. Please NOTE you will only be able to access those questionsairs that have been allocated to your user name and password.
